torType%22%3A%22author%22%2C%22firstName%22%3A%22Mario%22%2C%22lastName%22%3A%22Rajas%22%7D%2C%7B%22creatorType%22%3A%22author%22%2C%22firstName%22%3A%22Mar%5Cu00eda-del-Carmen%22%2C%22lastName%22%3A%22Gertrudis-Casado%22%7D%2C%7B%22creatorType%22%3A%22author%22%2C%22firstName%22%3A%22Mar%5Cu00eda-del-Carmen%22%2C%22lastName%22%3A%22G%5Cu00e1lvez-de-la-Cuesta%22%7D%5D%2C%22abstractNote%22%3A%22The%20Horizon%202020%20framework%20program%20requires%20research%20projects%20to%20incorporate%20communication%20plans%20that%20cover%20all%20activities%20for%20the%20dissemination%2C%20communication%2C%20and%20exploitation%20of%20results.%20These%20must%20include%20strategic%20and%20specialized%20measures%20that%20identify%20the%20diversity%20of%20audiences%2C%20incorporate%20mechanisms%20for%20dialog%20with%20stakeholders%2C%20and%20establish%20systems%20for%20measuring%20results.%20This%20has%20changed%20the%20way%20in%20which%20the%20dissemination%20and%20scientific%20popularization%20of%20the%20projects%20are%20conceived%20and%20planned.%20This%20research%20analyzes%20the%20perception%20of%20Spanish%20experts%20in%20the%20design%20and%20development%20of%20competitive%20research%20projects%20regarding%20which%20are%20the%20most%20appropriate%20models%20and%20strategies%20for%20scientific%20communication.%20Through%2022%20in-depth%20interviews%20conducted%20with%20specialists%20from%20entities%2C%20companies%2C%20principal%20researchers%2C%20managers%2C%20evaluators%2C%20and%20scientific%20disseminators%20involved%20in%20H2020%20projects%2C%20two%20dimensions%20of%20project%20communication%20are%20evaluated%3A%20the%20concept%20of%20dissemination%2C%20and%20the%20planning%20process.%20The%20results%20show%20that%2C%20although%20the%20dissemination%20activity%20must%20be%20carried%20out%20from%20the%20very%20beginning%20of%20the%20proposal%2C%20as%20an%20integral%20element%20of%20the%20project%2C%20the%20communication%20is%20only%20partially%20fulfilled%2C%20due%20to%20the%20instrumental%20nature%20given%20to%20it%20and%20the%20lack%20of%20complete%20planning%20of%20the%20actions%20that%20goes%20beyond%20the%20administrative%20fulfilment%20of%20what%20is%20requested%20in%20the%20calls.%20However%2C%20some%20progress%20can%20be%20seen%20thanks%20to%20the%20increasing%20professionalization%20of%20these%20activities%20and%20the%20integration%20of%20communication%20experts%20in%20all%20phases%20of%20the%20project.%20Resumen%20El%20programa%20marco%20Horizonte%202020%20requiere%20a%20los%20proyectos%20de%20investigaci%5Cu00f3n%20el%20dise%5Cu00f1o%20de%20un%20plan%20de%20comunicaci%5Cu00f3n%20que%20contemple%20integralmente%20todas%20las%20actividades%20de%20difusi%5Cu00f3n%2C%20comunicaci%5Cu00f3n%20y%20explotaci%5Cu00f3n%20de%20resultados%2C%20con%20medidas%20estrat%5Cu00e9gicas%20y%20especializadas%20que%20identifiquen%20la%20diversidad%20de%20audiencias%2C%20incorporen%20mecanismos%20dial%5Cu00f3gicos%20con%20los%20grupos%20de%20inter%5Cu00e9s%20y%20establezcan%20sistemas%20de%20medici%5Cu00f3n%20de%20resultados.%20Ello%20ha%20cambiado%20la%20forma%20de%20concebir%20y%20planificar%20la%20diseminaci%5Cu00f3n%20y%20divulgaci%5Cu00f3n%20cient%5Cu00edfica%20de%20los%20proyectos.%20La%20investigaci%5Cu00f3n%20analiza%20la%20percepci%5Cu00f3n%20de%20los%20expertos%20espa%5Cu00f1oles%20en%20el%20dise%5Cu00f1o%20y%20desarrollo%20de%20proyectos%20de%20investigaci%5Cu00f3n%20competitivos%20sobre%20cu%5Cu00e1les%20son%20los%20modelos%20y%20estrategias%20de%20comunicaci%5Cu00f3n%20cient%5Cu00edfica%20m%5Cu00e1s%20adecuadas.%20Mediante%2022%20entrevistas%20en%20profundidad%20realizadas%20a%20especialistas%20de%20entidades%2C%20empresas%2C%20investigadores%20principales%2C%20gestores%2C%20evaluadores%20y%20divulgadores%20cient%5Cu00edficos%20de%20proyectos%20del%20programa%20marco%20H2020%2C%20se%20eval%5Cu00faan%20dos%20dimensiones%20de%20la%20comunicaci%5Cu00f3n%20en%20los%20proyectos%3A%20la%20conceptualizaci%5Cu00f3n%20y%20el%20proceso%20de%20planificaci%5Cu00f3n.%20Los%20resultados%20muestran%20que%2C%20aunque%20la%20actividad%20de%20difusi%5Cu00f3n%20debe%20realizarse%20desde%20la%20misma%20elaboraci%5Cu00f3n%20de%20la%20propuesta%2C%20como%20un%20elemento%20integrado%20del%20proyecto%2C%20la%20comunicaci%5Cu00f3n%20s%5Cu00f3lo%20se%20cumple%20de%20manera%20parcial%2C%20debido%20a%20que%20se%20considera%20un%20elemento%20instrumental%20y%20a%20la%20falta%20de%20una%20planificaci%5Cu00f3n%20completa%20de%20las%20actuaciones%20que%20vaya%20m%5Cu00e1s%20all%5Cu00e1%20de%20cumplir%20administrativamente%20lo%20solicitado%20en%20las%20convocatorias.%20No%20obstante%2C%20se%20aprecian%20algunos%20avances%20gracias%20a%20la%20creciente%20profesionalizaci%5Cu00f3n%20de%20estas%20actividades%20y%20a%20la%20integraci%5Cu00f3n%20de%20expertos%20de%20comunicaci%5Cu00f3n%20en%20todas%20las%20fases%20del%20proyecto.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%222020%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.3145%5C%2Fepi.2020.jul.24%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%22%22
